All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
All papers as well as abstracts must be submitted electronically through the submission system: http://confsys.iconf.org/submission/icmfm2025.
Authors are advised to use the Paper Template when preparing your full paper. Each paper should be with at least 6 pages after formatting. Only PDF files will be accepted. Please note that the conference language is English, and all submissions must be written in English.hen preparing your papers
By submitting the papers, the author delcare there is no conflict of interests. Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
Accepted papers will be published in conferene proceedings.

For people who don't plan to publish their papers, it's
acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference for oral
presentation only without publication, which will be sent to at least
two techinical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 7
working days. Please download the
Abstract Template.
Note: Authors are responsible for submitting their paper in the required format. All papers that are accepted will be published as submitted by the Author. The Conference Chair is NOT responsible for editing or correcting errors in the paper.
